For over 35 years, Stéphane Toupin has been involved in the real estate world with the same passion as when he began. From a young age, he was immersed in the field, developing a keen sense of the field, client-focused listening, and a strong work ethic.
At 23, he became one of the youngest brokers to obtain a real estate agency license in Canada. He built a dynamic and personable team, with which he managed, trained, and supported brokers for over three decades.
In 2024, building his experience and driven by a desire to grow, he joined Proprio Direct, a brand recognized for its flexibility, modern structure, and marketing strength. There, he found fertile ground to deploy his vision, both strategic and deeply human.
Stéphane doesn't just sell properties. He supports his clients through life transitions: thoughtful sales, family changes, retirements, and wise investments. Each transaction is driven by an approach focused on listening, strategy and clarity of action.
